I'm curious to see how I do against one of the top teams, at this point in the season I have no idea if Im a contender, or just the beneficiary of an easy schedule.
Last night was a bad night for accuracy though, so I will have to use an even smaller sample of tonight+this weekend.

I decided to put two of my benchwarmers, Olt and Schierholtz, into the lineup today to take advantage of their double header. They proceeded to go 0/7 with 5 Ks in the first game.
Glad to see the DGators last official game go out with a bang. Outscore every other team by 20 points and finish at 10-0. This team man, this team. Like a shooting star, just burned too bright and not for long enough. Farewell thee mighty DoucheGators, farewell.
The Scary thing is, the Douchegators are probably still a playoff team, even after stripping 13 assets from them. And they still have 3-4 farm players better than my best current prospect.

Yeah, once the new guy is on board, I may just keep my entry fee in (despite the generous and unnecessary offer to take it back), since it isn't really 'fun' to take back an entry fee...when you're the guy holding the payments. Maybe me and the new guy will split the prize or something.
Oh, and like I said before, probably smart thing is for me to ship the prizes to someone else to hold. I'm happy to keep them until the end of the season, but you guys will kick yourselves when me and the King of Monaco are sipping Cristal with your entry fees.

lol, my thoughts exactly. What went, my top 7 or so roster players (except that Trout guy)...and still the top score of the night? Won't last, not with guys like Goins in my starting lineup, but I larfed.
Happy B-Day Steve! And since I've been meaning to tell you for a while, but never remembered, you and Jin should watch the show Pocoyo, if you don't know it. It's old, and on Canadian Netflix, so you may have never heard of it...it's amazing. I fully watch it with Owen. It's a bit Asian themey, but clearly an English show. Absolutely hilarious, simple, good messages, etc.
