lol, i just get a bunch of my guys back from injury, and Pedroia and Bautista get hurt. Good thing I'm not competing this year.

Fire sale is officially on. I don't have many 1-year players, but people can make me offers on whoever. Lots of depth pieces I'd part with for a little cap or something. Also, AJ Ellis, Alex Avila, Salvador Perez or Wilin Rosario can help a few teams, I know it.

Starlin Castro is also available.

Howard for Vott/McCutcheon - that would have been legendary...for you!

I wonder what the best trades and I guess by definition worst trades have been in our league? Can't think of any offhand

I finally get Ellsbury back but then lose Votto..just have to hope I hold onto a playoff spot and get Votto back in time for the playoffs!

In hindsight. Jason Kipnis and Brian McCann for Mike napoli and 2 2nd round picks is pretty horrible, but I think it was a half-decent trade at the time.

For me, trading Alex Gordon to Steve for a first rounder is one that I'd like back. He had a horrible year when I traded him which meant that he was a no tier player. He's locked up now at $1.5 per year since Steve signed him for five years.

I don't even need pitching to beat the Bobbles.

My Kipnis and Profar trades are definitely looking strong, but Prado and Napoli have not been slouches either.

I traded Carl Crawford for Adrian Gonzalez in the first year of the pool.  Loved that deal every minute until this year, when Gonzalez decided he doesn't like hitting any more.

I don't remember the specifics of the profar/Prado swap, but Prado has been a borderline top 25 pool player at a good contract, so I'm still pretty happy with that one, even though profar's stock has risen considerably since I dealt him. Profar's expected upside isn't really much higher than the production I've gotten out of Prado.

looks like Profar and the 9th overall pick for the upcoming draft.

If you are able to grab who I think you want at 9, it could end up being a real good trade for you down the road, but the thing with baseball prospects is.. you just never know if they are going to turn into stars, or how long it is going to take.

I was pretty happy to give up Phillips at the deadline on the last year of his contract for a Altuve at $1 RFA. Also got LaPorta but who knows what will happen there. Altuve though has been great this season.

Grrr, that trade still kills me.  Was one of those situations where I loved Altuve SOOOO much, but everyone and their mother basically said there's no way he ever gets to be as good as...well as good as he's been this year.  With so many aging 2Bs, Altuve could be a really awesome guy for a long time.  Kills me that I gave him up just to lose 10 straight or whatever with Phillips and not even get to the playoffs.

FEW NOTES

I guess Kuroda for NYY gets a CG for his shortened start.

Broadway and Cody Ross get the record for most points on the bench (19) yesterday. Congrats!

and stupid ass yahoo made it seem like Kubel may have to go on the DL so I benched him and he has a nice night yesterday but at least it didn't cost me. FU Yahoo

My brother's wedding is this weekend so be patient. Not sure when I'll be able to do all the scores.

Outscored my opponent but went 1-2, BIG SURPRISE. Man, if I was better than 9th in overall points, it'd really suck that I was 11th in points against.
